Highly rated, Scottish restaurant, located in Grantown-on-Spey, near Aviemore, providing award winning fine dining using fresh local seasonal ingredients.

Owners Steve and Karen Robertson opened this thirty cover restaurant within their home in the Scottish Highlands in May 2005 and it has quickly become one of the most highly regarded in the area.

AWARD WINNING FINE DINING

Located just off the High Street, this unique conservatory restaurant offers a relaxed and informal setting for lunch or dinner. The décor is modern contemporary with solid oak tables, natural colours and fabrics, with subtle lighting and a log fire.

Award winning chef Steve Robertson creates imaginative dishes, using fresh produce, served in a simple, uncomplicated style – letting the food speak for itself. His working career as a Head Chef has taken him to some of Scotland's top Country House Hotels and Restaurants, including Ballathie House, Cromlix House and Muckrach Lodge to name but a few.

Karen runs the front of house and worked locally before they met, she was responsible for designing and furnishing the restaurant along with looking after their son, Keiran, and new baby daughter, Georgia.
